Why this matters

A retirement plan built around rental income

Our plan was to supplement Social Security with income-producing rental investments. One investment succeeded. The promised second property was never built, and the land we had secured for the project was transferred to the developer but never developed or compensated for.

We expected the planned rental property to generate substantial rental income based on comparable-property estimates in the same area that had also been built by the developer. The missing rental income plus the loss of the real property transferred in excange for the rental that was never built represents a very large loss that has virtually destroyed our retirement plans and future finances.

What the public record shows

The February 2023 deed expressly refers to a real estate development contract. In February 2026, the Montgomery County court entered a final default judgment against a company named in the suit as Williams Real Estate Enterprises, LLC. A certified Texas assumed-name record identifies “Whose House Realty” as an assumed name of Williams Real Estate Enterprise LLC. A minor variation in the entity name across documents should be confirmed against the official state file.

“We transferred the property expecting to build a reliable source of retirement income. The rental property was never constructed. The undeveloped land that was owned and exchanged as payment for the project was never compensated for.”

Important distinction: This site reports an actual default judgment, not a judicial finding of criminal fraud. The judgment is against the legal entity named in the case; no separate personal judgment against Ronnie Williams has been established by the documents shown here. Statements about the absence of construction, payment clearance, rental projections and ongoing collection efforts are based on the plaintiffs' account included public records.
