A certified Texas Secretary of State assumed-name filing dated October 2, 2025 identifies “Whose House Realty” as an assumed name of Williams Real Estate Enterprise LLC.
The judgment and assumed-name filing display a minor difference between “Enterprise” and “Enterprises.” Before final public launch, the LLC identity should be reconciled against official registration records, including state file number 804107157.
Efforts to enforce the judgment

The August 2026 writ of execution records a judgment principal and fees and shows zero credits at issuance. The officer's September 24, 2026 return reports unsuccessful efforts to locate the LLC's registered agent or execute the writ. It does not establish that the agent intentionally avoided service.
The plaintiffs report that no payment has been received as of October 2026, and that additional post-judgment discovery is being pursued. These are ongoing-status statements that should be updated as proceedings change.
Texas entity record: The company’s June 2021 Certificate of Formation (Texas File No. 804107157) identifies Ronnie Williams as its original registered agent and managing member.
